To your backups! Your EMN data will soon be deleted

Measures have been taken to optimize storage space on the EM Normandie IT system.

It should be noted that by 12/31/2025, the EM Normandie mailboxes of the classes of 2020 and earlier will be deleted.

For all others :

• after December 31 of their last year of study, EMiens will only retain access to their EMN mailbox,
• after December 31 of their last year of study + 5 years, their EMN mailbox will be deleted.

In order not to lose all your data, depending on the situation you find yourself in, we therefore invite you, before the date concerned, to :

• update your personal email on the Alumni platform to keep in touch via your personal space,
• retrieve your e-mails from the EMN mailbox
• retrieve your documents from your onedrive
