Introduction

Created in 1875, The Alumni EM Normandie Association is the second oldest alumni network in France which brings together nearly 23,000 students and graduates of EM Normandie spread out over more than 100 countries.

ITS MISSION

  • UNIFY its community and promote meetings between its members around the entire world
  • LEAD its members throughout the length of their professional career
  • PROMOTE the schools strategy and participate in showcasing its graduates

UNIFY

The Association organises festive events of different scales and natures, bringing together a great number of members to foster discussions between students and graduates: Galas, Open Talks, Business Drinks, the Association's General Assembly, etc.

It relies on its Alumni Ambassadors, true captains, who organise meetings between members of the same graduating class, or even the same city, in both France and abroad.

A major objective: keep your connections and maintain the « Alumni reflex »..

LEAD

The Association offers an “Alumni experience” to every member - from the moment they begin at the School and throughout the duration of their career – through a range of services adapted to each stage of their professional lives, called "Parcours Avenir".

It also offers the time to reflect and share with the aim of taking a step back, opening the mind, and finding inspiration.

PROMOTE

Alumni are associated with the pedogeological activities of EM Normandie by being involved in the School’s courses and events to illustrate what it’s like in the real world and to give their perspectives to students.

They present the Alumni community by highlighting the different professional career paths and the number of former EM students (“EMiens”) around the world.

The Association also participates in the strategic planning of the School in terms of its development and contributes to its reputation.
