Parcours Avenir Jeune Diplômé x Apec PARIS #2 - Job search assistance
By summer 2021, Apec is committed to supporting 50,000 young graduates - twice as many as usual.
During 2 hours of discussions, each young person benefits from the advice of a consultant, works on his or her project, practices and participates in situational exercises, interacting with the others. At the end of the session, each young person leaves with the right methods and a concrete, personalized action plan, which they can put into practice immediately to find their 1st job.
Apec naturally provides individual follow-up to ensure that the young person implements his or her personalized action plan.
It is in this context that the Alumni Association is offering this web workshop to young EM Normandie graduates living in Ile-de-France.
Objectives :
- Identify what you need to work on, and how, to succeed in your job search.
- Acquire a methodology and benchmarks to improve your effectiveness.
- Draw up an action plan to move forward on your own or, if necessary, with the support of an Apec consultant.
- Mobilize Apec tools, resources and services adapted to your situation.
Course :
- An ice-breaker to get to know the other participants.
- Feedback from other participants on their perception of you.
- A classification of the steps you have already taken using the Bilan -Projet -Marché -Action methodology.
- Work on your action plan and priorities.
- The creation of your Apec Profile to be visible to recruiters and apply for job offers.
