Parcours Avenir Jeune Diplômé x Young Normandy Graduates Scheme

Are you under 30, have you graduated (in 2019 or 2020) in Normandy, and are health conditions hampering your access to employment?

During this webinar dedicated to EM Normandie, you'll discover the "Dispositif Jeunes Diplômés" (Young Graduates Scheme), financed by the Normandy region and the European Social Fund.

This scheme enables you to :

• gain valuable professional experience by supporting a company, community or association in the development of a project,
• acquire or consolidate project management skills,
• complete your training course with specific modules tailored to your professional integration project,
• receive support and tools for your professional integration project.

The course lasts 22 weeks and breaks down as follows:

• 17 weeks on the job
• 5 weeks training

The rhythm is alternating: 1 week of training followed by 4 weeks on assignment.
