Pierre-Yves LE CORRE joins EM Normandie as General Secretary

EM Normandie announces the appointment of Pierre-Yves LE CORRE to the position of General Secretary, effective March 17, 2025. As a member of the Executive Committee, he will act as an interface between the General Management's consolidation and steering obligations, and the operational needs of the Business School's departments. Together with the School's departments, he will steer major projects to support the strategic development of the EM Normandie Association and its subsidiaries in the areas of finance, legal affairs, purchasing, real estate, projects, digital transformation and quality.

Previously Director General of Services at the Ecole Nationale Supérieure Maritime (ENSM), this expert in the world of higher education, performance and financial management will reinforce the governance of EM Normandie.

A graduate of NEOMA Business School in 2003, Pierre-Yves LE CORRE , 47, began his career with Accenture , where over the course of 15 years he built up solid expertise in consulting for the public sector. As Senior Manager in the Healthcare and Public Sector business unit, he was involved in management and organizational consulting, implementation of financial and accounting information systems, digital transformation and performance of financial functions.

In 2018, he joined the budget department of the French Ministry of Action and Public Accounts, as head of the public expenditure and financial function performance office, which he left in 2020 to joinENSM (Ecole Nationale Supérieure Maritime) as Director General of Services. Pierre-Yves was responsible for all support functions for the 4 ENSM sites (Le Havre, Saint-Malo, Nantes and Marseille), namely finance, purchasing, human resources, real estate, information systems, legal expertise and steering support.

Following the guidelines laid down by the Board of Directors, and in close collaboration with EM Normandie's new Managing Director , Anne-Sophie COURTIER, who officially takes up her post on March 24, his mission is to deploy the school's strategic and financial plan to 2030. In France and abroad, Pierre-Yves will be able to draw on the support of all departments and stakeholders. He is based on the Le Havre campus.
